MENTOR – Managing ENgagement for Team Oriented Relationships

The MENTOR program focuses on developing interpersonal communication skills for managers with a goal towards enhancing overall team relationships. It will allow both new and experienced managers to create a strong atmosphere of engagement, trust, and team confidence by focusing on active listening skills, creating empathy and fostering the recognition of shared values and vision.

This unique approach towards managerial motivation relies on an INTROSPECTION and OUTROSPECTION principles. This approach begins with an initial intensive kick off session with different managers, followed by a series of individual coaching sessions for immediate application within each manager’s specific team dynamics and challenges.
